Ms. Cook and her FACS classes would like to thank you for your continued support of Santa’s Workshop over the past three years. Through the funds raised, we were able to purchase many valuable items for the high school FACS kitchens, including three kitchen faucets, two electric ranges, four KitchenAid mixers, pots and pans, silverware, various utensils, measuring cups and spoons, cutting boards, towels, and oven mitts. Your generosity has helped provide students with updated equipment and hands-on learning opportunities, and we truly appreciate your support!

The HS track team had a successful day at the NPL meet in Tescott! Another NPL meet record was broken by our boys 4x400 and the Lady Dogs were LEAGUE CHAMPS! Full meet results can be found at https://www.directathletics.com/results/track/96790.html
OHS hurdled to first place and sealed the NPL meet record in both girls and boys 300 hurdles today in Tescott!

OES students raised $655.68 for the Kids Heart Challenge & American Heart Association! Students learned heart health & Hands-Only CPR while earning prizes. Congrats to top participants Xander McKain & Jackson Dielh-Johnson, and thanks to all OES families for your support!

OHS Track is competing at Tescott today for the NPL meet! Pole Vault will start the day at 2:30 and field events will follow at 3. Running events will begin at 4:30. Good luck to all of those competing! Go Dogs!
Jaycee Koelling won the K-2 division of the VFW Illustrating America Contest. Her entry went on to win at the state level also! Her entry is currently at the National level! Way to go Jaycee!!!!

We asked our district to vote on teachers of the year, and we resulted in a tie between Mrs. Blair and Mr. Tiernan! Mrs. Blair’s kindness, dedication, and unwavering support for our students has made a long lasting impact throughout our school. Erica Schurr is the secretary of OHS, and she was the most voted staff member by our district’s students & staff! We want to recognize her for stepping into this role mid-year and making such a positive impact right away. Erica’s willingness to step in, stay on top of responsibilities, and support everyone around her has truly made a difference. Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Following a year of Maroon and Gold Award nominations, our USD 392 students and staff have officially selected the students of the year! Congratulations to Donovan Holloway for winning student of the year in grades 9-12! Donovan’s hard work ethic can be seen in the classroom as well as in athletics. He is most proud of his football team and how they grew together despite being a younger group. Congratulations to Donovan and keep up the good work!

Tynlee is positive in every situation and always has a smile on her face! Her kindness is known to all! Congratulations Tynlee!

Jace has been working hard and having fun all year! He shares his sense of adventure and strong spirit with those around him! His favorite part of the year was playing kickball at recess!
