A winter break reading challenge is coming home with students in kindergarten through 5th grade. This is a joint project with the Osborne Public Library to encourage reading over break. Completed challeges must be returned to the public library by January 5. #BulldogPower

All aboard the Polar Express! Ms. Thibault's first graders read The Polar Express together, watched the movie, and did a related writing activity comparing the two. They even received special Polar Express tickets and marshmallows for hot chocolate! #BulldogPower



Mrs. Rietzke's fourth graders are coasting into the holidays with a great STEM project. They designed roller coasters to demonstrate collisions and engergy transfer. After an initial run they changed the height of the hill and distance of the bumper marble, as well as the number of bumper marbles, to see how the stored energy would change. #BulldogPower

Kindergarteners enjoyed the rewards of a successful food drive today with an arts and crafts party. They made gingerbread house crafts and reindeer food. #BulldogPower




Are you feeling festive or Grinchy? Ms. Stout’s first graders have been doing Grinch math, reading, and writing activities this week. They even made delicious Grinch snacks. #BulldogPower


Ms. Thibault’s first graders celebrated the successful conclusion of their hydroponic salsa garden project with a taco party today. They harvested lettuce, multiple cherry tomatoes, and have three peppers growing. #BulldogPower
