5th graders enjoyed getting to know each other the first week of school by touring each others Me Museum displays. Each student brought 4-5 items that were special or represented them.
5th graders are focusing on monthly character traits within our classroom. This month, we focused on kindness. Each student gets to vote who they think of when they read the weekly, “Woof of the Week” quote. The 1st week winner was Karter Mans & 2nd week winner was Kate Cook.

During the summer, Kimber and Saralyn Barfield, Hayley Graf, and Kasey McCra attended K.A.Y Leadership Camp. They were able to make new friends, learn new skills, and bring home many ideas to the KAY club for the upcoming year. Thank you for attending camp!
