Some of the Pirate’s Life for Me musical crew were able to watch the Wizard of Oz at the Salina Community Theatre last Friday. It was a great time!




5th grade took their 1st Civic Engagement field trip to the Kaser Family Farm. They learned all about what it’s like to be a farmer and rancher.





The food preservation STEPS class is currently learning about the method of freeze drying. Today, they took freeze dried eggs, reconstituted them, and made them into scrambled eggs. No one could tell the difference between the freeze dried or fresh scrambled eggs!

The Yoga STEPS group is sure to join the circus after last week's work! They researched different group yoga poses and used problem solving along with their previous learned breathing strategies to safely execute each pose!
