Four of the members of the OHS Scholars Bowl team traveled to Tescott Monday, November 7 to compete in Tescott's Invitational Scholars Bowl.  Fifteen teams were able to make this competition fit into their students' busy schedules.  The teams were divided into three pools makeing for four rounds each.  This makes for a quick Scholars Bowl.  Kate Kendig, Grace William, Ryah Burteccelli, and Annie Kendig were able to find time in their busy schedules to compete for OHS.  As with previous Scholars Bowls this season the questions were a challenge.  Kate was able to answer the most questions earning seventy points for the team with Ryah gaining twenty points for OHS. Grace and Annie each contributed ten points each.  At the end of four rounds the lady quartet was only able to out score one team which was Tipton.        The team now has a break for several weeks as their next and last competition for 2022 will be Monday, December 5.  Hill City will host this event at 4:00 pm.  We will have to see which team members will be able to represent OHS.  This year's team is a busy group.  Whoever goes will give their best effort as this group likes to compete.  Go Dogs!
