Though, there were only two they competed well. Due to schedule conflicts and illness only Junior Levi Knoll and Freshman Kate Kendig represented Osborne High at Tescott's Varsity Scholars Bowl Tuesday, November 30. There were nineteen schools at this competition divided up into two pools. One pool of nine and another pool of ten. Levi and Kate were in the pool of ten which gave them the opportunity to have nine rounds of competition. Of these rounds, Levi and Kate bested four competitors which had five team members. Only the top two teams from each pool made it into the final rounds of play. Levi and Kate made a good duo but hopefully, in the future they will be joined by a few more of their team members and thus can make it to the final rounds which they have done previously this season. The next Scholars Bowl event for OHS will be Monday, December 6 at Hill City beginning at 4:00 pm. Go Dogs!!
