xc

Our second meet for the week, and another warm one, but it was much more pleasant with less humidity and a nice breeze. This course is definitely a challenge with a lot of turns, twists and some hills and some rough footing on the trails; it is one to focus on competing and not super fast times. The kids did great, brought home 10 medals, and we are so proud of their attitude and focus. We are excited to get back on track with training for Smith Center next week. Go Bulldogs!
