KSHSAA is sponsoring National Activities Week with the intentions to promote “SPORTSMANSHIP.”  Each day a different group of school or community workers will be acknowledged for the part they play in supporting our school.  We started last Friday at the football game by honoring Betty Farless as the winner of the Fan Appreciation Day Certificate.  After the game the OHS KAY Club cleaned the stadium for Community Service Participation Day. Today, Monday, the fine arts department will promote their programs by having the band play in the elementary school, the art department has projects displayed around the school for everyone to enjoy, the music and forensics departments are placing posters around the school advertising the school play and the vocal department will be singing the National Anthem some day this week.  Stay tuned for what is yet to come.
